On 1 December, Vsesvit hosted the Vsesvit Winter Fair — a day dedicated to exploring the pagan roots of Ukrainian winter solstice traditions and Kolyada.

Throughout the day, the space came alive with a rich programme that included a pagan craft workshop, a pop-up shop featuring Ukrainian gifts, objects, prints and publications, a conversation with Freefilmers — a grassroots collective of filmmakers from Mariupol — with Anna Bowles and Sashko Protyah, touching on volunteering, filmmaking, food and resistance. Visitors were also invited to take part in making a Didukh— a traditional Ukrainian symbol of winter festivities and ancestral protection.

We were delighted to host Hromada Collective at House of Annetta with a powerful programme of Ukrainian carols and a donate-what-you-can folk singing workshop. During the fair, Hromada raised £235 in support of the volunteer group Zgraya.

On top of that, the fair raised a total of £2022 in donations, didukh workshop tickets and Vsesvit shop sales.

£1634 was donated to Freefilmers and the rest distributed between Zgraya, Mykolaiv Regional Museum of Local History, Lvivskyy Lytsar, Understructures and Spilka Paris.
